In EDLD 5302, I had the opportunity to develop a growth mindset plan.

During this process, I realized how important a growth mindset is to learning and ways I can improve my mindset and talk back to the fixed mindset.

I reflected on professional networks I have been a part of in the past and present. I researched some new learning networks I want to join.

I wrote a learning manifesto which made me think about my core beliefs when it comes to learning. When writing the manifesto, I really looked at it through the lens of being a learner and how I prefer to learn. My learning preferences are not through a sit and get model where I am actively listening.

Learning should be playful, engaging, full of choices, personalized, and a life-long enjoyable process.
