Leading Organizational Change
Abstract Cartoon
" When people know why you do what you do, they are willing to give you credit for everything that can serve as proof to WHY." - Simon Sinek

In this course I solidified a plan for implementing the innovation plan by first revisiting my WHY. The WHY statetments were used to create the influencer model and the 4DX model. I will also use the WHY statements when having crucial conversations with school leadership. After this course, I am well on my way to becoming a self-differentiated leader and moving forward with the innovation plan. With these plans in place, I can confidently move full speed ahead building momentum and asking others to come along on the journey to create significant change in education by piloting a blended learning model in classrooms.

Communicating effectively is crucial to becoming a differentiated leader. Keeping your emotions in check is also crucial during conversations. A leader is a someone who influences a group to accomplish a common goal who stays connected in a meaningful way without taking on the emotional anxiety of a group. This will take practice, mindfulness, and regulation.

The one emotion that I do want to show during the conversation will be my enthusiasm for moving the blended learning innovation plan forward.
