5315 Contribution to learning

For contribution to the learning community, I give myself an 85. I added my discussion posts before the deadline and shared the resources I collected for the literature review. I collaborated with a few people, Theresa Hall, Shannon Frazier, and Chris Hill. I joined two groups, one on GroupMe and the other on Facebook. I provided feedback and shared my work on both these platforms. I completed all of the course readings, videos, and supporting resources.

Editing is something I enjoy and I am always glad to help out and read other's work. I also appreciate help editing my writing.

I did not take a leadership role, and that is my rationale for the 85.

I am not with the original core group I began the ADL program with because they have graduated. When I decided to take only one course per semester, I was hesitant because I knew I would have to get over my introverted ways and meet new people in the program.

Although this was the right pace for me, I wish I had started and finished the program with a core group. I value building strong working relationships. However, I met more people along the way.
