In the final capstone course contribution, I gave myself an 88. The people who provided feedback and revisions on my work included Dawn Short, Kelly Skillenberg, Chris Hill, and Angela Deschner. These are not members of a core group that I worked with before, or throughout the program, but I am thankful for them. The platform outside of the discussion forum where I shared work and provided feedback was the GroupMe chat. Dawn Short was always quick to provide feedback. She is a true and dedicated advisor. Kelly Skillenberg suggested a great book I plan on reading, Lead From Where You Are, by Dr. Joe Sanfelippo.

I'm thankful for all of the people I have been lucky enough to learn and network with through out the ADL journey.

I offered revisions and feedback to work that was posted in the collaboration group chat. I commented on discussion posts and read all of the discussion posts. Reading about other’s journeys and reflections was inspiring and encouraging. My hope is that I encouraged others as well.

I completed all of the course readings, videos, and supporting resources. Time management in this area needs improvement. A few of the discussion posts were not as timely as intended. Course activity deadlines were met as indicated in the calendar.

Points were deducted for not taking a leadership role in a base group. This is an area that needs improvement along with pacing to complete the chats and assignments in time to implement feedback.
