Contributions to my learning community were met by providing feedback to my core collaboration group. All the course readings, videos, and supporting resources were completed. Postings to the discussion group were done in a timely fashion. I met my goal of commenting on other posts In the discussion board. I always read every post and I perused the eportfolios frequently.

I communicated with my group via the GroupMe chat. This semester I only took one course. I did not take 5304 like my collaboration group did, but I heard all about it. I lived through the experience with my group. I am navigating the Eportfolio better and increasing my design skills. I want to blame Omicron for my loss of articulation in my writing. However, in accordance with a growth mindset, I am going to tell myself that my writing and editing skills are improving.

Areas of improvement for the next course will be to manage time more effectively and turn in assignments earlier than the due date. Also, I want to connect more with the groups that are focusing on blended learning and maybe form a subgroup to share information. I am most proud of the growth mindset plan I created. I enjoyed looking for new PLNs to join and reconnecting with current ones.

I am giving myself a 90. Once again, I did not take a leadership role in my group, or reach out as much as I could have. My original collaboration group was Tyra, Stephen, Karin, and Kim. This particular course, I collaborated mostly with Tyra to check over links on the website.

Honestly, I felt a disconnect with my group because I wasn't taking 5304 which seemed to be the more demanding group. I do feel like I connected with others more outside of my group more. The main form of communication we used was the GroupMe chat. It is easy to check on your phone through out the day.
