Leading organizational change is a big task with plenty of amazing guidelines and roadmaps to get you there. In this course there was a lot of reading.

I did a better job of keeping up with the readings than I did posting in a timely fashion in the discussion board. To align with a growth mindset, I will do better and I can. I am giving myself a 90 for my contribution to learning.
I joined a new group by reaching out to Elda Aguilar-Mancha and Erika Montroy. We supported each other by meeting in zoom to clarify assignments. We also shared our assignments for editing and feedforward. They provided excellent models of their work in their e-portfolios. I'm thankful for the collaboration experience with them.
