It's a Wrap

And just like that, the first semester is over. I am so glad I made the decision to pursue a masters in the ADL program. It exceeded my expectations and pushed me beyond my comfort zone. Building an eportfolio was challenging for me at first. Now that I am navigating it better, I am really enjoying it. I am a fan.

The design of the program is well planned and thought out adhering to backward design principles. It provided a place for student ownership and voice and it is extremely empowering. Having a place to showcase my work is so different from my undergrad experience. At times it was difficult to manage time and all the assignments. We packed a lot in in two months.

Making the video was fun. I'm sure it could look more professional if I had more time. The process was a nice creative outlet. I am planning to make some with my students. They would love it. I have made stop motion videos before to teach weathering and erosion to show gradual change.The planning and learning never stops. One more week until holiday break. You cannot hear my sigh of relief, but I am sighing.
