After reading, Making Meaningful Connections in an Eporfolio, I began to really connect the dots. In this program, it is clear that one cannot just be a collector of dots which reflects a more traditional learning model. I was spending more time with the what. What should I use to create the eportfolio? Instead, I should have been focusing on the why. Why am I making it?
An eportfolio is a tangible platform to showcase my learning journey, so I can demonstrate that I can think critically and solve problems.

An eportfolio will not only show what I learned, but how I learned. It is my understanding that the eportfolio should be simple to create and maintain and that I need to commit to scheduled contributions.
Exploring all of the example eportfolios was enjoyable, and I am looking forward to seeing the eportfolios from this cohort. Creating a domain of my own to house all of my learning in one place is extremely helpful for organization. Plus, this will make the learning more meaningful to me and will provide a more efficient way to go back and reflect on work completed.
